VALUATIONS

We provide a full in-house jewellery valuation service, using our extensively equipped laboratory, for the following purposes:

Insurance valuation certificates (approved by all NZ insurance companies)
Estate distribution valuations
After loss estimates
Diamond grading reports
Gemstone identification
Inventory reports

Our gemologist Gerald Westenra is a graduate of The Gemological Institute of America and has been operating his valuation business since 1994.

We also offer a same day and while you wait service. Please phone or email in advance should you require this service.

Fees : $79.00 per item (4-5 day turnaround)
            $89.00 per item (same day or while you wait)

A full repair service on your jewellery is also offered to our clients.

For those who are unable to call in to our premises we are able to post you a CourierPost bag (insured to $1,500.00) for you to send us your jewellery in. It can be returned by the same method.
