BUYING

During uncertain economic periods, one of which we are currently witnessing, gold and silver bullion has long been considered a safe haven. The current demand world-wide is massive with strong buying from countries like China, India, Russia, USA, Germany, and Switzerland. Of course the Asian countries, where gold is often the unofficial currency, have long recognised it's tradeable value.

Confidence in banks and paper currencies worldwide is declining rapidly so consequently people are moving back to our 'original' currency gold and silver.

See below for some informative links on the gold and silver market.

We do not have a minimum purchase requirement so cater to all investors large and small.

Bullion can be purchased in the form of bars or coins depending on availability.
Gold
1oz, 2oz, 5oz, 10oz, 1kg bars.
Canadian Maples, NZ Kiwis, South African Krugerrands are some of the coins available from time to time.

Silver
10oz, 1kg, 5kg bars.
1oz coins

You can either call us on 03 354 0450 or email us with your purchasing requirements. If emailing
please supply us with the quantity or amount you wish to invest and what form you would like the
metal delivered in (coins or bars). For example in the case of gold it could be 1oz, 2oz, 5oz, 10oz or 1kg bars. We
will then supply you with the current price that will be confirmed upon you agreeing to the purchase
as all prices are live. Once you have decided to purchase and the price has been confirmed by us
we require full payment by the following day. Delivery can take anywhere from a day to a week or so depending on the quantity.

Please note that there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on precious metal purchases.

Our only charge is a very small percentage of the daily refiner's price which is taken from the international spot price. This will ensure that you are offered an extremely competitive price.

All transactions are confidential. Your personal privacy is very important to us. We do not share the information you supply with any other business.

Payment methods

As our commission is so small we do not accept credit cards as a payment method (credit card companies charge us a commission). We accept bank transfer, cash and Eftpos.

SELLING

Simply call in with your items and we will weigh and test them on the spot. You will then be given a firm price which should you accept you will be paid immediately.
Occasionally we will have to send your metal to the refiners for extra testing before we can give you a firm price.

If you would prefer not to call in you can either phone us on 03 354 0450 or email us with a full description of your metal. We will then supply you with an estimate based on your description but can't confirm a price until we have checked your metal for authenticity and weight.

Payment methods

We can pay you either by cheque or bank transfer.
